The very basic service of an attorney is to provide client with all information needed to fulfill obligation under law. Attorney most of the time takes advantage of a tax payers who does not have knowledge bout the tax, audit and collection related procedures and they convert this advantage as a part of their services.

There are many services which attorney cannot render to clients and is need to be done by accountant but many a times the services are combined and is performed by attorney which is not legally right. Attorney can provide their services not only in India but also in abroad that is services to Non Resident of India or for the people employed outside India.
